The La Collina dei Ciliegi winery produces its Amarone della Valpolicella in the ideal area of Grezzana, in the Valpantena Valley, characterized by hills with clay and limestone soil. After careful manual harvesting, the grapes are left to dry in the drying room for about 100 days; following fermentation, the wine ages for a year in French oak barriques and tonneaux.
Intense and rounded, with a rich and sumptuous bouquet, it is excellent to sip during winter holiday lunches.
