Collio Sauvignon Blanc

With a bright straw yellow color and medium intensity, it offers notes of citrus and sweet flowers on the nose, with classic nuances reminiscent of sunny vegetable gardens intertwined with tomato leaves and yellow peppers, ripe peaches, and elderflowers. The aromatic experiences linger consistently on the palate, with a warm, dry finish supported by the minerality endowed by the Brazzano terroir.

It pairs well with seafood risotto and white fish in sauce, and is exceptional with lobster and crawfish in simpler preparations. Ideal with traditional dishes such as eggs and asparagus.
