Gewürztraminer

The Gewürztraminer "Gols" from the Griesserhof estate is a truly unique wine from the Isarco Valley. It has an intense, golden yellow color and a very complex and intense aroma: rose petals, lychee, coconut, followed by almonds, honey, and toasted walnuts. It's also very intense on the palate. Although the wine is completely dry, it creates an oily, warm, and smooth sensation. Its high altitude gives it a remarkable freshness and precision.

One of the few Gewürztraminers that's a joy to drink even on its own. However, it pairs wonderfully with aromatic and spicy dishes like Thai shrimp curry, spicy roast poultry, or vegetable tagine.
