Gin dei Sospiri is a spirit that encapsulates the authentic essence of the Venetian lagoon. Inspired by the island of Sant’Erasmo, it is born from the encounter between local botanicals and careful artisanal processing.

The star ingredient is samphire, a plant that grows wild in brackish waters, which gives the gin a characteristic savoury and mineral note. Together with juniper, lemon thyme, basil, and castraura, it creates a fresh, herbaceous, and elegant aromatic profile.
