Frescobaldi Tirrena Linguine is a pasta produced in Tuscany from ancient grains and handcrafted using traditional methods. It is a semi-wholemeal pasta made from unrefined durum wheat semolina, rich in fiber, polyphenols, and vitamins, and highly digestible. The ancient grain varieties used are Senatore Cappelli, Khorasan, and Evoldur.

The pasta is bronze-drawn and then slowly dried at temperatures below 38°C for a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 days. This gives it, in addition to its characteristic hazelnut color and wheat-like aroma, high digestibility and an extraordinary ability to absorb sauces.
