Red TPS (Temporary Pleasure of the Spirit)

This Buvoli red wine, produced in Veneto, displays a highly concentrated, almost impenetrable ruby red color. Its bouquet opens with notes of stewed plum, blackcurrant, wild blackberry, and shellac, followed by potpourri, hummus, Kentucky tobacco, and dark leather. The palate surprises with its classic smoothness, overshadowed by an exceptional freshness that's almost unnatural for a Syrah.
