Valpolicella Classico Formiga
La Collina dei Ciliegi's Valpolicella Superiore "Formiga" is made from the traditional local grapes—Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella—grown in soil rich in clay and limestone. The harvest is strictly done by hand, with careful selection of the bunches. The wine then ages for six months in steel tanks, two months in large barrels, and three months in the bottle.
Round and velvety, it is excellent to accompany traditional first courses.
