From hand-picked Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, carefully selected and pressed, comes an exceptionally drinkable wine, fresh and fruity, complex with fine tannins and excellent structure. It ages in French oak barrels and then in the bottle.

It pairs perfectly with red meats cooked rare, grilled, or roasted. It excels with pasta all'amatriciana, beef or game ragù, and rich risottos. It pairs well with medium-aged cheeses.
