Arnione

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc that ages for 18 months in oak barriques and tonneaux, followed by further aging in the bottle for at least 24 months.

It pairs well with slow-cooked red meats such as salmi, peposi, and braised meats. It also pairs well with grilled prime cuts of meat. It pairs well with game, such as wild boar stew or roast duck. It pairs well with long-aged and very long-aged cheeses.
