Juniper is prominent, along with the other two classic botanicals, angelica root and coriander, which provide a light citrus note and a deeper, earthier one, lending good structure and depth to the drink.
Excellent in a gin and tonic, with a neutral tonic: its natural colour is blue but when it meets a tonic it immediately turns pink.
