Pinot Grigio of the Dolomites

A Pinot Grigio with a straw yellow color, the nose is fruity with mineral notes, delicate and intense. The taste appears very balanced, on the palate it is dry, soft, rich in fruity and persistent sensations.

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with oven-baked gratin pasta dishes or tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, as well as white meat or fish main courses. It also pairs well with seafood and vegetarian dishes.
