Trento DOC Rosé

A Trento DOC Rosé with a bright antique pink color and a very fine and persistent perlage. It offers aromas of wild berries, currants, pomegranate, raspberries, strawberries, and delicate hints of almond. On the palate, it is refined and elegant, with a bold, savory, mineral, and fresh mountain flavor.

Excellent as an aperitif. It also pairs perfectly with many appetizers, such as smoked trout tartare, fish-based first and second courses, and white meats. It also pairs well with medium-aged cheeses.
