On Wednesday, June 10th, TUQUAM transformed for one night into an exclusive experience.

An evening for 30 TUCLUB guests, a shared table, and a menu conceived and created by Chef Sara Abedinaj to take us on a journey of flavors, encounters, and conversations.

Then, slowly, the atmosphere changed.

The lights dimmed, the clinking of cutlery gave way to music, and the show began.

At the helm of the console, Gloria Fregonese transformed the evening into an experience to be lived until the last beat, making everyone present dance and smile.

Summer has just begun, and what you experienced last Wednesday is just the beginning.

The evening's menu

Italian-style Nigiri sushi

Essence of Sicily, Carbonigiri, a memory of Pasta alla Norma, Tuna Tonnato, "Il Genovese".

Saffron Risotto

Saffron risotto, scampi, raspberry, and licorice.

Paired with: Malvasia Venezia Giulia – Zidarich
Iberian Pork Cheek

Oven-braised cheek with its jus, roasted pepper cream, and crispy corn.

Paired with: Nebbiolo d'Alba – Anselma Giacomo
Namelaka and Raspberries

White chocolate Namelaka, marinated raspberries, lime shortbread biscuit, raspberry and lime butter candle.

Paired with: Malvasia delle Lipari – Virgona
