Today, this tradition lives on in a refined London Dry Gin handcrafted in Umbria, where botany and distillation meet to create an elegant and contemporary spirit.
Distilled in small batches with a 200-liter Carter Head still, Aquamirabilis uses only natural botanicals, including juniper from the Umbrian Apennines, citrus fruits, and floral notes that create a fresh and harmonious aromatic profile.
On the nose, citrus and floral aromas emerge, with juniper as the protagonist accompanied by bergamot, lemon, and delicate hints of rose and iris. On the palate, it is soft, balanced, and aromatic, with a fresh finish reminiscent of the Mediterranean scrub.
