Hagran Light Roast Coffee

In the Brazilian region of Sur de Minas, at over 1,000 meters above sea level, lie the ALTOS DE CRISTAIS plantations, small plots of land dedicated to growing the finest Arabica varieties. The beans for this coffee are meticulously selected to ensure the specificity of their origin and variety.
Our CATUAi 89 single-origin was harvested in May 2024 and selected two months later, achieving an SCA score of 89. This specialty coffee is characterized by light, citrusy acidity, a smooth body, and hints of sugarcane with a lingering aftertaste. This specialty coffee can be brewed with a medium grind for filter brewing or a fine grind for espresso.
HAGRAN Specialty Coffees are born from a collaborative partnership between growers, roasters, and consumers, aiming to cultivate and preserve the finest Arabica qualities. The meticulous selection of beans at source allows us to achieve scores of a minimum of 85 SCA points and international classifications ranging from "excellent" to "exceptional."
