Who is Alessio Brusadin

The jams are created by chef Alessio Brusadin, a chef with over 30 years of experience in fine dining between Italy and London.

After a career in 5-star hotels and award-winning restaurants, he chose to leave professional cooking to dedicate himself to the production of artisanal preserves, transforming his gastronomic experience into unique products.

In his laboratory in Friuli, every jam is born from a simple philosophy:
