The Spaghetti al Farro Molino Agostini is the icon of Italian pasta reinterpreted with the world's oldest grain. Made with organic emmer wheat grown in the Marche hills, this spaghetti retains the full nutritional properties of the whole grain thanks to a slow and respectful processing. The bronze drawing gives a rough and porous surface, capable of releasing a scent of fields and toasted notes that make every mouthful a gourmet and healthy experience.
Why choose them: 100% Marche supply chain, rich in fiber, essential amino acids, and with a marked antioxidant action (selenium and folic acid). The low glycemic index and slow drying at low temperatures ensure authentic well-being with every meal.
👨🍳 Chef's Tip: Their firm texture makes them sublime with simple sauces that enhance their rustic flavor: try them with garlic, Marche extra virgin olive oil, and chili pepper, or with a fresh tomato and basil sauce. Also excellent with light rocket or walnut pesto.
